You put water in a bowl and drop random colors of nailpolish in it. then you stir it with a toothpick and put petroleum jelly on your fingers, so that the nail polish only gets on your nails. then you stick your fingers in the bowl.

Sugarpepper Panties are created with a blend of 15% Polyester and 85% Spandex. From the Polyester we take the soft and workable properties and it’s water resistant quality. We mix these elements with Spandex and create a dry fit fabric. When this fabric is dyed, only the color of the dye dissolves into the fabric, making it permanent. We need the colors to be vibrant but more importantly we need them to be resistant. Thanks to this mix we are able to print our own fabrics with colors and design that stay after many washes.
Spandex, a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity, allows it to stretch and come back to its original shape. This property makes our underwear hug your body, and not slide, it adjusts to any body without loosing shape. The thinness of the spandex allows the piece to be lighter and comfortable. Many popular brands use Nylon, which is very thin and absorbs water, making the fabric heavy and unbreathable. Our magic blend of Spandex and Polyester is what makes all girls go “wow” as soon as they touch our Suggarpepper Panties!
